Todd Thurman, Lead Consultant & Founder
As Founder of Swine Insights International and a veteran International Swine Management Consultant, Todd brings more than 25 years of global expertise spanning 17 countries across five continents.
He leads the company's strategic direction while delivering specialized consulting and training services to clients worldwide.
A respected voice in global agriculture, Todd regularly shares insights on critical industry challenges through speaking engagements and published works.

Jamee Eggers, Consultant
Jamee is a Consultant focusing on strategic consulting projects and auditing solutions for Swine Insights Clients.
She has extensive experience in the Pork and broader Agriculture Industries having worked for the Iowa Pork Producers Association, the National Pork Board and the Colorado Department of Agriculture.
Jamee is a highly qualified Animal Welfare Expert and is a Certified Animal Welfare Auditor, a Level II Animal Cruelty Investigator, a Pork quality Assurance Trainer and Transport Quality Assurance Trainer.
Jamee joined the Swine Insights team in 2023 and is based in Central Iowa.

Dave Bauer, Consultant
With over three decades of expertise in analyzing global grain and livestock markets, Dave blends a profound understanding of current and historical data with a seasoned perspective on technical analysis and trend forecasting for related commodity prices.
Dave has a passion for delivering strategic market insights and works together with producers to customize their independent margin profile. The real success comes when producers focus on this margin profile to initiate marketing decisions, rather than focus on the rollercoaster of emotions called the futures markets.
His insightful commentary and in-depth analysis projects benefit internal teams and producer groups alike.

Tom Streit, Consultant
Tom is retired from Cargill Animal Nutrition, where he was a National Accounts Manager. He continues to find ways to deliver value to pork producers by leveraging the expertise he developed in nutrition, animal production, ventilation, cashflows, and pig flow analysis.
Today, as an independent consultant and owner of Streit Solutions, he specializes in designing animal flows and producing CAD drawings of new and remodeled facilities. He often says it is easier to make changes to a plan with paper and pencil versus concrete and rebar.
He has designed over two hundred production facilities including new construction and remodels/conversions.
Tom joined the Swine Insights team i 2023 and is based in Owatonna, Minnesota.

Anu Frank-Lawale, PhD, Consultant
Anu earned his BS in Agriculture and Food Sciences from the University of Nottingham, his MS in Animal Breeding from the University of Edinburgh and his PhD in Genetics from the University of Stirling/Roslin Institute, Edinburgh.
He has broad experience in poultry, swine and aquaculture genetics, but he has a special affinity for working with pigs and pig people.
Anu has worked on 4 continents and speaks 4 languages. He prides himself on being a hands on geneticist and he's happiest when working directly with producers to help them improve their genetics and breeding programs.
Anu joined Swine Insights in 2024 and is based in Bentonville, Arkansas.

Tisha Thurman, Accounting
Tisha is the Bookkeeper and Office Manager for Swine Insights International. She is responsible for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable and can handle any invoicing or payment questions.
She has more than 25 years experience in accounting and is familiar with the ag industry having worked for Cargill Animal Nutrition and several Beef Cattle Feedlots in Texas prior to joining Swine Insights.
Tisha joined Swine Insights in 2017 and is based at Swine Insights Global Headquarters near Fort Worth, Texas.
